Pioneer Days Vendor Payment Page

STEP 1: Apply to be apart of the 2026 Pioneer Days in the Park:

​Please do not pay for a space before you have been approved. Once approved you will have 72 hours to pay for your space or we reserve the right to move onto vendors on the waitlist.

STEP 2: Pay for your space after you have received an approval letter.

  • Please make sure that you are using the correct drop down (Food and Non-Food Vendors)

  • There will be no refund on vendor fees as this is a fundraiser for the festival for the operation of the St. Francis Pioneer Days festival.

Please only make this payment once you have received confirmation from one of our vendor coordinators that you are accepted into the festival.
