Rules:

• Entrants must be located within 2 miles of downtown St. Francis

• Nominate yourself or someone else.

• Entry deadline is Monday, December 8.

• Entries will be judged December 10 & 11 beginning at 6:30 p.m.; house number must be clearly visible at night

• Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. $100 cash prize for first place. Second and third place winners will receive gift baskets of assorted items donated by area businesses.

• Winners will be notified by telephone and published in the January Courier.
