2012 Expo Registration
 

Please carefully read the guidelines before you register.

To Register Online:

  1. Download and complete the fillable PDF registration form, save it to your computer. Full printable version.

  2. Click the yellow submit button when complete to email the form to the Chamber. 

  3. Pay online with your credit card with PayPal!

  4. If you are a restaurant that would like to be a food vendor, please complete the separate food vendor registration form.

Additional Information for Sellers

Please fill out and return the MN ST19 sales tax form and information for sellers & event operators if you will be selling items at the Expo.
