The St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce serves the
needs of its membership in working toward the common goal of a growing,
healthy business environment and community as a whole.

Expo Guidelines
-
Subletting of booth
space is not allowed.
-
All booths must be
staffed during expo hours.
-
Sound emitting equipment
is permitted, but please respect neighboring booths.
-
Each exhibitor is
entitled to a reasonable sight line from the aisle.
-
Booth displays must not
exceed a height of 48” within the front two feet of booth space.
-
Displays must not
protrude into the aisle.
-
Signs must be kept
within booth confines.
-
Contests and drawings
are permitted. Exhibitor must notify winners.
-
Vendors, their employees
and families are not eligible for door prizes or grand prize.
-
If you have a special event or
drawing planned, please contact us in advance for additional advertising
opportunities.
-
Exhibits and materials
cannot be disassembled before 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Vendor to vendor
solicitation is allowed but please limit to before and after expo hours.
-
Limit one independent
consultant per home-based sales business (i.e. Pampered Chef), first come,
first served.
-
No merchandising or
“sampling” of food or beverages will be allowed without Expo committee
permission.
-
Food and beverage
vendors will be on site for exhibitors and customers.
-
No outside food or
drinks allowed.
-
Registration fee
nonrefundable after April 1.
Booth Setup Times
Friday, April 20, 6 p.m. 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 21, 8 a.m. 10 a.m.

Please fill out and return the MN ST19
sales tax form and
information for sellers & event operators if you will be selling items at
the Expo.
