Community Expo, April 17, 2010

Thank you to all the visitors and vendors for making the 2010 St. Francis Area Community Expo another success!

The 2010 St. Francis Area Business & Community Spring Expo, sponsored by the St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce and Independent School District 15 Community Education & Services will be held Saturday, April 17, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at St. Francis High School. Admission is free and open to the public. A donation to the NACE Food Shelf is encouraged.

BOB-FM will be broadcasting live at the expo and many great prizes and giveaways will be offered throughout the day. Food vendors will be on site for exhibitors and customers.

Why Participate?

The Expo is a great opportunity to:

Vendors will receive:

• 10x8-foot booth space, 8-foot blue or silver skirted table, 2 chairs and a booth sign - click here for a photo of the booth space
• 7”x44” generic white sign with your business name in black letters
• 3-foot high divider on each side of your booth – please do not use tape or cut your material – pins are okay
• a confirmation letter with rules for the day will be sent

Hourly Door Prizes
 

Please indicate on registration form if you will donate a door prize. Donor names will be posted at the Expo. Door prize drawings will be

held each hour during the Expo starting at 11 a.m. and recipient MUST be present to win. (Vendors and their families are not eligible to enter in Expo "Hourly" or "Grand Prize" drawings.)

 

 

 

Expo Day Special Offers

 

Promote your business on Expo day with a special "Expo Day Only" offer, discount, coupon, etc. Don't forget to mention the Expo in your advertisements and on your web site.

 

 

 

Announcements
 

The Expo committee will make announcements throughout the day. Complete an announcement card prior to Expo start time.
